In 1980 Paul
Carson and Jack Banks had a dream to open and operate the finest
fitness facility in Connecticut. Today, nearly ten years after
relocation into their new magnificently spacious and modern facility in
Berlin CT, Paul and Jack are continually striving to bring you their
dream.
Known by their 3,000 diverse members and guests as the
"cleanest gym in the world", The Powerhouse Gym provides a welcoming
and friendly atmosphere. The Powerhouse Gym's 20,000 square feet houses
huge cardiovascular areas equipped with Cardio Theater, an expansive
toning and weight training facility, and a private aerobics room which
holds 35 cardio kickboxing and aerobics classes weekly. |
