In order to better serve our members we are now introducing a trainers blog. Powerhouse trainers, Pete, Graham and Pat, will be posting training articles to help you maximize results.

Our main purpose is to bring you up-to-date information to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. This will include tips on nutrition, weight training, changing behaviors and positive lifestyle choices.
