Class Descriptions

SPIN – Your spinning journey begins with a single pedal stroke.  A mind and body connection with hills, climbs, jumps and sprints.   A non-impact cardiovascular workout, it is a group exercise program in which participants work at their individual fitness levels.  Bring a towel and water bottle.  Heart rate monitors recommended.

TOTAL BODY — A full body workout pushes you to a new level of fitness while having fun at the same time, with principles in resistance training and innovated up to date body sculpting. Use of Body Bar, weights, bands and more.

FIT – A low impact total workout for all fitness levels. Taught by the personal training staff.  This class combines all the benefits of strength, flexibility and balance.     (45 Minutes)

YOGA – A place to breathe deeply, strengthen and nourish your body and awaken your spirit.  Please bring your own mat.

Massage- appointments are available upon request at front desk or call.

Personal Trainers -available upon request at Front Desk.  All new members are welcome to a complimentary session with a 6 month or year membership.

Please wear gym attire to all classes.   A towel and water bottle is suggested to bring to all classes.  We request you bring a change of sneakers for fitness floor.

During severe winter weather, check our social media (Facebook and Instagram) for the latest info.  We suggest you call the club to see if the parking lot has been cleared and if classes will be held.

All classes are subject to change during holidays, and summer months.
