Class Descriptions

Spinning-Your spinning journey begins with a single pedal stroke.  A mind and body connection with hills, climbs, jumps and sprints.  Bring a towel and water bottle.  Heart rate monitors recommended.

Body Sculpt -pushes you to a new level of fitness with principles in resistance training with innovated up to date body sculpting. Use of Body Bar. Non- Cardio, all levels.

Fit-for life -New to fitness or returning, this class will combine all the benefits of strength, flexibility and balance.   (45 Minutes)

Yoga- Breathe deeply, strengthen and nourish your body and awaken your spirit.  Please bring your own mat for hygienic reasons.

Massage- appointments are available upon request at front desk or call.

Personal Trainers -available upon request Info at front desk.

Wear proper attire to class bring towel and water bottle to classes change of sneakers for fitness floor

During severe winter weather, please call the club to see if classes will be held.

All classes are subject to change during holidays, and summer months.
