Sean Ashtanga Yoga is a traditional practice which involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind. Postures can be modified to each student.
Instruction will also include the historical origins of Ashtanga Yoga and how they are interwoven in today's practice.
